I do not offer a printed catalog. I continually update my inventory and it would be impossible to keep a printed catalog up to date! All of my products are available online
How do I place an order? top
Click on "Order" to add an item to your shopping cart. You will be able to check out immediately or continue shopping. If you wish to continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" link at the top of the page. When you are ready to check out, click on the cart icon and follow the instructions. You will receive an order acknowledgement from firstname.lastname@example.org. Please email any questions regarding your order to this address.
What methods of payment do you accept? top
I accept Visa, Mastercard & debit card PayPal Payments. You do not need to have a PayPal account to place an order, PayPal is just the gateway I use to process payments. We also accept check or money orders. Sorry but I cannot accept C.O.D or American Express orders.
Can you take my credit card information over the phone? top
Yes, I can take your credit card information over the phone or if I deliver your purchase personally I can swipe your credit card. Please be assured that Pay Pal takes steps to ensure that all online orders are safe and secure. If you are not comfortable with using your credit card online to make purchases you may also send a check. Please do not email credit card information as it may not be secure.
How long will it take to ship my order? top
Online store orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Shipment of custom orders will vary, delivery time will be included in your quote. I normally ship orders via US Postal Service. If you desire a faster shipping method, please contact me. Additional shipment charges will apply.
What is your return policy? top
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, contact me at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order for return instructions (5 day period is based on confirmed delivery date as determined by the delivery company). Please do not send merchandise back until you have received an email with return instructions. Custom orders are not returnable.
What if my shipment is damaged? top
If your order was damaged during shipment, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. A claims inspector from the appropriate shipping company will be contacted to determine the validity of the claim. All original packing material and boxes must be kept "as received" for inspection. Failure to comply will void the damaged goods claim.
